We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to coordinate sales and distribution activities, drive sales growth, improve market coverage, and lead sales teams within an assigned territory.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales performance and achievement of territory targets.
Manage sales routes and ensure effective outlet coverage.
Supervise, train, and coach sales representatives.
Monitor daily sales reports, sales reconciliation, and performance against targets.
Ensure product availability, proper stock control, and effective distribution.
Identify opportunities for market expansion and improved sales performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
RequirementsMinimum of a Degree or HND.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in sales, distribution, and territory management.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage sales teams, monitor KPIs, and drive results.
Knowledge of sales reporting systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
