Key Responsibilities
Designing and delivering training programs on automotive retail financing, leasing options, balloon payments, and specialized commercial fleet funding solutions.
Conducting ongoing training for internal credit analysts and underwriters regarding updated credit scoring models, risk tolerances, loan-to-value (LTV) limits, and debt-to-income (DTI) thresholds.
Tracking post-training metrics—such as reductions in contract processing errors, faster loan approval times, and overall growth in financed vehicle volume—to prove the financial return on training investments.
Developing mandatory educational modules to guarantee strict compliance with national financial authorities, consumer credit acts, fair lending laws, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess an HND/Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience.
