Responsibitlies
Edit property videos, promotional videos, reels, walkthroughs, interviews, and corporate videos.
Transform raw footage into engaging, professional, and visually appealing content.
Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Edit property walkthrough and virtual tour videos.
Add captions, subtitles, music, sound effects, transitions, graphics, and branding elements.
Ensure all videos follow ACE's brand identity and professional standards.
Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Digital Marketing teams to develop content that supports sales objectives.
Attend property shoots, events, site visits, and other company activities when required.
Select the best footage and maintain an organized library of video assets.
Resize and optimize videos for different social media platforms.
Stay updated on current video trends, editing styles, and social media content formats.
Make revisions based on feedback from management and the marketing team.
Ensure videos are completed and delivered within agreed timelines.
Support the creation of creative campaigns designed to generate property leads and increase brand awareness.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
