We are hiring a detail-oriented assistant to research trending content, produce AI-generated video reels, and edit them into finished, publish-ready clips for our client accounts.
No camera needed – 100% remote and behind the scenes
Full step-by-step guides provided for every tool and workflow
Prior AI/editing experience is a plus, not a requirement
Your Tasks
Research trending topics, sounds, and formats for short-form video content (Reels/TikTok-style)
Generate AI videos using our provided tools and templates (guides included)
Edit clips in CapCut (cuts, captions, transitions, sound sync) into final, publish-ready reels
Organize and label output files correctly for the team
Follow instructions and creative briefs exactly
RequirementsPC with minimum 200GB free storage space
Solid specs suitable for video work (please send: CPU, RAM, Storage, OS — a screenshot from speedtest.net for your internet speed)
Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
Fast, reliable internet connection
Available 8–12h/day
Willing to work independently and ask questions when unsure
CapCut Pro / basic video editing experience is a plus, but not required, this is basic editing and full training is provided
AI tools / AI Reels experience is a plus, but not required — training provided
Trial & Long-Term Opportunity:
We start with a 5-day trial period, which is paid normally like any regular working day — this gives both sides the chance to make sure the workflow and fit are right. The best performers from this trial will move into a long-term, ongoing collaboration and become a fixed part of our team, with regular hours and continued growth opportunities.
