We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor, SFG / FG Cooking Aid

Location: Sango Ota, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain suitable inventory levels.
• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Coordinate regular physical stock counting for adequate for accurate of stock management
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Checking Purchase Orders, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse and its activities to ensure compliance with strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO and LIFO
• Identifying damages and reporting shortages or quality deficiencies
• Keep updated records of inventory and maintenance activity logs
• Perform inventory analysis to avoid low stock and overstock.
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.
• Understand, comply and ensure the company’s and regulatory policies, eg environmental policy, food safety and Health safety.
• Understand the significant actual or potential environmental aspects and associated environmental impacts of your work activities.
• Ensure compliance with EHS guidelines and regulations
• Be aware of identified risks and opportunities that need to be addressed in relation to your work activities, if applicable.
• Understand the consequences of the departure from applicable environmental management system requirements, including the organization’s compliance obligations.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc Degree with 3-7 years of work experience.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
