About the Role
Avocado Virtual Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Wholesale Manager.
We are seeking a competent, results-driven, proactive, and reliable professional who can generate leads, build relationships, and convert hair professionals into paying wholesale customers through Instagram DMs and email outreach.
Key ResponsibilitiesConvert hair professionals into paying wholesale customers via Instagram DMs and email.
Identify and contact braiders, stylists, salons, and beauty retailers daily.
Send outreach using approved scripts and run a structured follow-up sequence.
Close paying wholesale orders (card payment before dispatch) or book qualified calls for the founder.
Maintain an accurate pipeline tracker in Google Sheets.
Send an end-of-day report detailing contacts made, replies received, and orders/calls closed.
Success Measures
Paying wholesale accounts opened from day one.
Weekly targets agreed at the start and reviewed and raised as the pipeline matures.
RequirementsPrevious wholesale account management experience.
Proven track record in outreach, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Confident using Instagram, Gmail, and Google Sheets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Persistent, consistent, and highly organized with follow-up activities.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
CompensationBase Salary: N100,000 per month.
Bonus: Performance-based, tied to paying wholesale accounts secured (rate to be agreed at offer stage).
