We are seeking an experienced 3D Model Specialist / Administrator with a minimum of 12 years' experience in the Oil & Gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining project 3D engineering models and design databases, ensuring model quality, data integrity, and compliance with project standards. The role supports multidisciplinary engineering teams by coordinating model integration and enabling efficient, accurate, and collaborative plant design throughout the project lifecycle.

Administer and maintain project 3D engineering models and design databases. Manage 3D design software and ensure system availability, performance, and data integrity. Coordinate multidisciplinary model integration to ensure consistency across engineering disciplines. Review and maintain model quality in accordance with project standards and procedures. Support engineering teams with model setup, troubleshooting, and technical guidance. Manage model revisions, change control, and version management. Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and engineering workflows. Support design reviews, model clash detection, and project deliverables. Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Construction, and Project teams to ensure timely model updates.

Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 12 years' experience in 3D model administration within the Oil & Gas industry. Proven experience supporting offshore and onshore engineering projects. Experience administering 3D engineering models for FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, or EPIC projects.

3D Model Administration Engineering Design Databases Plant Design Systems Model Integration & Coordination Model Quality Assurance Data Integrity & Configuration Management Clash Detection & Design Review Engineering Change Management SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), AVEVA E3D, PDMS, AutoCAD Plant 3D or equivalent Engineering Document Control.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. High attention to detail. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Relevant certification in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D), AVEVA E3D/PDMS, or other 3D plant design software. COREN or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
