Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced, professional, and reliable Accounts Officer to manage the financial operations of the organization.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, with a high sense of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor daily financial transactions including payables and receivables.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and budget tracking.
Process staff payroll and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions such as PAYE, Pension, and WHT.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and support internal and external audit processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.
RequirementsB.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years proven experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and advanced Excel.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance.
Must be honest, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
