Job Description

This is a full-time, in-office position for an Account Relationship Manager situated in Apapa.
The Account Relationship Manager will be tasked with overseeing client accounts, fostering and maintaining positive client relationships, identifying opportunities for account expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, generating reports, liaising with internal teams, and conducting reviews to monitor client account activities and performance.
This role involves extensive client interaction, necessitating excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in account management and client relationship skills
Background in financial services, commercial banking, and/or consumer banking
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to create detailed reports and presentations
Competence in using banking software and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Experience in developing strategies for account growth is beneficial
