Job Summary
We are looking for a vigilant and dependable Security Personnel to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and hotel property.
The ideal candidate will maintain a safe environment by patrolling the premises, monitoring surveillance equipment, and responding promptly to security concerns or emergencies.
Key ResponsibilitiesPatrol hotel premises regularly, including entrances, exits, hallways, and parking areas.
Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to detect suspicious activity.
Control access to the property, checking identification of visitors, vendors, and contractors as required.
Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
Escort guests or staff to parking areas or other parts of the premises if needed.
Report any security breaches, hazards, or unusual occurrences to management immediately.
Write clear and detailed incident reports and maintain security logs.
Work closely with front office, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest safety.
Enforce hotel policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service.
Assist in evacuation or emergency drills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO, NCE, OND with 1-2 years experience
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service (preferred).
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods.
Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency response procedures.
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in high-pressure situations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and punctual.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
