Job Title: Admission Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end admission process from enquiry to enrolment. Respond promptly to admission enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Conduct school tours and provide accurate information on programmes and admission requirements. Process application forms and maintain accurate admission records. Coordinate entrance assessments, interviews, and admission documentation. Liaise with academic and administrative departments to facilitate seamless student enrolment. Prepare admission reports and maintain the admissions database. Support student  recruitment and participate in marketing and promotional events. Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the school's brand and values.

Bachelor's Degree in  Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years' experience in admissions, customer service, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a school. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school management systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently, maintains confidentiality, and meets deadlines.
