Adkan Services Nigeria Limited is seeking a creative and experienced Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience and will be responsible for producing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings for construction projects Prepare presentation drawings, 3D renderings, and technical specifications Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers on project execution Review project requirements and ensure compliance with applicable building codes and regulations Conduct site inspections and monitor implementation of architectural designs Prepare and review construction documents and material specifications Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./M.Sc./HND) in Architecture or related field 5 years minimum proven experience in architectural design and project supervision (mandatory) Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, Lumion, or similar tools Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building materials Ability to prepare and interpret detailed architectural drawings and specifications Good understanding of Nigerian building regulations and standards Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Professional registration or membership (e.g., ARCON, NIA) Experience working on residential, commercial, or institutional projects Knowledge of sustainable and modern architectural practices Experience in interior and exterior design coordination.

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills High level of professionalism and integrity Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
