Job Summary
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to the design and visualization of our real estate projects.
The Architectural Designer will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings, creating realistic 3D models and high-quality renderings, and supporting the execution of residential and commercial development projects. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about innovative architectural design.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural concepts and design proposals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Produce accurate architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for project presentations and marketing.
Prepare presentation materials, design boards, and client visualization packages.
Collaborate with the planning, engineering, and project management teams throughout project development.
Revise and improve designs based on internal reviews and client feedback.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, planning regulations, and industry standards.
Participate in site visits to verify design implementation and resolve construction-related design issues.
Assist in preparing documentation required for planning approvals and project execution.
Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and visualization technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in architectural design (preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design, 3D modelling, and rendering capabilities.
Excellent understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and detailing.
Required Technical Skills:Applicants should be proficient in most of the following:AutoCAD

Twinmotion
3ds Max (an advantage)
V-Ray or Enscape
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Microsoft Office Suite
