Job Title: Architect
Location: Island, Lagos
Requirements
Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
Software & Technical Proficiency:Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Unreal Engine.
Proven experience producing architectural drawings, 3D models, and comprehensive technical documentation.
Industry & Construction Knowledge:In-depth understanding of building codes, construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Site Supervision & Technical Coordination:Hands-on site experience leading inspections, supervising construction, and directing contractors.
Ensures on-site project execution strictly aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
Troubleshoots and resolves on-site design or construction issues while preserving quality and safety standards.
Project Management & Communication:Excellent project coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and consistently meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
