Develop practical expertise in vessel operations, yard operations, vessel planning, and container dispatching.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor crane and vessel performance and provide operational updates on vessel progress.
Support vessel turnaround activities to help minimize operational delays.
Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of vessel and cargo information.
Coordinate and manage vessel-related documentation and real-time operational updates.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for operational records.
Follow terminal safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions at all times.
Identify and report unsafe conditions or incidents while supporting safe lifting practices and load-limit compliance.
What We Are Looking For
Continuous improvement mindset: we are looking for someone who brings a thoughtful improvement mindset—curious about how work gets done and motivated to make meaningful, sustainable improvements over time.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Good knowledge of shipping, terminal, and port operations, including maritime documentation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and terminal operating systems.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Pidgin English.
