We are seeking experienced Branch Managers to lead branch operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coach Loan Officers.
Drive customer acquisition and loan portfolio growth.
Monitor branch performance and ensure target achievement.
Oversee loan recovery and portfolio quality.
Prepare branch reports and ensure operational compliance.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc. in any discipline.
Leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong business development and people management skills.
Experience in financial services is an advantage.
