Job Overview

We are in search of a General Manager to supervise all Real Estate operations, spanning from land acquisition to project delivery and sales integration, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives. The GM will oversee departmental heads, spearhead growth initiatives, enforce policy adherence, and guarantee effective coordination across sales, marketing, administration, finance, and project teams.


Key Duties


Formulate and implement short-term and long-term business strategies in line with company goals
Offer leadership and guidance to all departments to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
Evaluate industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business decisions
Authorize budgets, allocate resources, and manage cost controls across departments
Supervise marketing and property development strategies to ensure effective brand positioning
Guarantee all operations comply with real estate laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Oversee company risks, contracts, and legal obligations
Ensure proper documentation, licenses, and permits for projects and property transactions
Examine financial statements and maintain fiscal health of the business


Job Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or related discipline
3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years preferably in the real estate sector
Comprehensive understanding of real estate business models, market trends, and regulations
Financial literacy and experience with budgeting and performance management
Capability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results
