Job Summary
Responsible for driving business growth and expansion at Prime Atlantic Safety Services by identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, generating and converting sales leads, and monitoring market trends and customer needs.
The role supports the achievement of Prime Atlantic Safety Services' strategic objectives by developing new markets, growing existing accounts, and securing profitable contracts across the company’s safety, emergency response, training, and technical services offerings.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across Prime Atlantic Safety Services' Training, Technical Services and Renova.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, strategic partners, industry stakeholders, and relevant government agencies.
Conduct market research and identify emerging trends, customer needs, new markets, and potential business opportunities.
Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads, opportunities, proposals, and client engagements.
Represent Prime Atlantic Safety Services at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and other relevant business forums.
Deliver presentations and promote Prime Atlantic Safety Services' services to prospective and existing clients.
Develop strategic partnerships and networks that enhance Prime Atlantic Safety Services' market position and business opportunities.
Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, leads, and business opportunities.
Drive initiatives that increase Prime Atlantic Safety Services' visibility, brand recognition, and industry presence.
Monitor business development activities and provide monthly reports to Management
RequirementsMinimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management, with relevant managerial experience.
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial Management.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Safety, Emergency Response, Technical Services, or Training is an added advantage.
Proven experience in leading Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
