 Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilties

Generate leads through cold calls, field marketing, referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. Acquire new customers, including SMEs, traders, business owners, and salary earners. Market and promote the company's loan products to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Follow up on leads, loan applications, approvals, and pending disbursements to improve conversion rates. Collect and verify customer information and required loan documentation. Assess customers' businesses and repayment capacity, escalating potential credit risks. Build strong customer relationships to encourage retention, repeat business, and referrals. Support repayment follow-ups and promptly report overdue accounts. Maintain accurate sales trackers and submit regular performance reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of loan disbursement targets. Number of quality leads generated and converted. New customer acquisition and customer retention. Quality and completeness of loan applications. Portfolio quality and delinquency management. Timely submission of sales reports.
