Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

Proposal & Pitch Development:

Write persuasive business proposals, presentations, and concept notes
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to tailor solutions for clients

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners
Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry forums

Graphics Design:

Design visually engaging pitch decks, brochures, and marketing materials
Use tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or PowerPoint to support branding efforts

Digital Outreach & Campaigns:

Support online campaigns and email marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align messaging and outreach

Reporting & Strategy:

Track business development metrics and report on pipeline progress
Contribute to strategic planning and revenue forecasting

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Skills:

Experience in proposal writing for grants or corporate partnerships
Knowledge of branding and visual storytelling
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles.
