About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Lead to transform Academy into a leading agribusiness academy and business school.
The successful candidate will drive strategy, revenue growth, product development, partnerships, and operational excellence while positioning the Academy as a profitable education business.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Academy's business strategy and revenue growth.
Develop and commercialize training and certification programmes.
Drive learner enrolment and institutional partnerships.
Build and manage a profitable product portfolio.
Oversee curriculum quality and operational excellence.
Lead the Academy team and manage stakeholder relationships.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Education, or a related field.
6–8 years' experience in business leadership, education, or agribusiness.
Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing P&L and driving business growth is an advantage.
