We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Magboro, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Mondays – Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• ‎Supervise clerical staff and other employees.
• ‎Design work schedules and organize employee training.
• ‎Resolve employee and client issues.
• ‎Ensure the work facility is safe, free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
• ‎Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies.
• ‎Maintain a good working relationship with executives and other managers.
• ‎Design and implement procedures to improve profitability.
• ‎Providing strategic direction and managing resources.
• ‎Ensuring that operational goals align with the overall business

Requirements

• ‎Minimum qualification: HND, B.Sc. in a related field
• ‎Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in sales, and have a degree in the social sciences field
• ‎Strong leadership skills
• ‎Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• ‎Basic computer skills
• ‎Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvements.
• ‎A male or female.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly (plus Pension, HMO, Group life, and 50% quarterly bonus scheme).
