Duties

Curriculum Planning and Preparation: Formulate comprehensive lesson plans and deliver captivating, curriculum-aligned lessons tailored to students' requirements. Instruction Delivery: Impart subject content using effective and diverse methods, including lectures, discussions, and hands-on activities. Student Evaluation: Develop, administer, and assess tests, assignments, and projects to gauge student comprehension and progress. Classroom Oversight: Maintain an organized, secure, and respectful classroom environment conducive to learning. Personalized Support: Offer additional assistance to students struggling with the subject and extend learning opportunities for advanced learners. Resource Creation: Design and utilize teaching aids, digital tools, and other resources to enhance learning outcomes. Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update parents/guardians about student performance, progress, and concerns. Professional Growth: Engage in training and workshops to stay current with new teaching methods and subject knowledge. Mentorship and Guidance: Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering students' personal and academic development. Collaboration: Cooperate with other teachers, school staff, and administrators to align teaching strategies and meet school objectives.

Qualifications

Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's / Master's Degree with 4 - 10 years of work experience.
