Planning/execution of projects according to specification
Manage workforce optimally to deliver effectively
Costing of projects in line with specifications
Ensure that the project site is safe for work
Provide reports as specified
Any other duty as may be assigned by the project manager from time to time
Skills / Education & Experience
Possess B.Eng/ HND in Civil Engineering/Building Technology
Must have five years experience and above in a construction/engineering environment
A good knowledge of an engineering project software
Possess good negotiation skills and the ability to multi-task
Can work with minimal supervision
