Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Civil Engineering Technician who will work under the General Manager, Facilities and Maintenance.
Job Responsibilities
Monitor and supervise all civil works and construction activities within the factory premises.
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of factory buildings, roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate contractors and ensure work is completed according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to the Factory Manager.
Support project planning, budgeting, and documentation for civil engineering works.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and project reports.
Job Requirements
OND in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Our Ideal candidate is aged not more than 28 years old.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, building maintenance, and project supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
