Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning:

Deliver engaging and structured lessons in subjects like Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies.
Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
Encourage critical thinking and creativity in students.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a disciplined yet friendly classroom atmosphere.
Set clear expectations for behavior and academic performance.
Implement effective strategies to support student engagement and participation.

Student Development:

Monitor students' progress and provide individualized support.
Identify areas of improvement and address learning gaps.
Foster social and emotional growth through activities that promote teamwork and respect.

Other Duties:

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and student reports.
Keep accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
Organize classroom resources and ensure a safe learning environment.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years work experience.
