Community Fellowship and Outreach Officer (CFO)

Position Summary


We are in search of a Community Fellowship and Outreach Officer (CFO) to spearhead outreach initiatives and provide support for church administration. This role involves coordinating fellowship activities, managing evangelism efforts, and assisting with church operations.


Key Duties


Plan and facilitate community church services, small group meetings, and prayer sessions to promote spiritual growth and foster deeper community connections.
Create and oversee outreach programs aimed at engaging the local community, attracting new members, and providing resources to those in need.
Enlist, train, and supervise volunteers for both church activities and outreach initiatives, ensuring smooth and effective event execution.
Support church leadership with daily administrative tasks, including schedule management, program coordination, and maintenance of church records and documentation.
Establish relationships with local organizations, residents, and leaders to encourage collaboration and enhance community outreach efforts.
Organize and execute special events, community service projects, and outreach campaigns in alignment with the church's vision and mission.
Manage church communications, maintain accurate membership records, assist with financial reporting, and ensure efficient operation of church administrative systems.
Monitor the success of outreach and fellowship programs, gathering feedback to improve future efforts.
Handle payroll administration, Dropbox management, telephone follow-up, and staff management
Perform any other duties assigned by your superior officer or the Senior Pastor.


Qualifications


OND / HND / Degree in any field
Must be a born-again believer with a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship.
Age limit: 30 years or younger.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Capability to mobilize and establish fellowship groups.
Genuine desire to serve the community and expand God's kingdom.
