Job Summary
We are looking for a female creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team in Lagos.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual and social media content that showcases our properties, strengthens our brand, and drives audience engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality photos, videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content across relevant platforms.
Develop creative concepts and content ideas for property campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
Stay updated on social media trends and identify relevant trends that can be adapted for the brand.
Produce property-focused content that effectively communicates features, lifestyle, and value.
Organise and maintain content assets and media files.
Must be eloquent and speak well.
Must be familiar with real estate terminology.
Should always look presentable and camera ready.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports business objectives.
Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements2–3+ years of relevant experience in Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Real estate, property, lifestyle, or related industry experience is an advantage.
Portfolio of previous work is required.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
