Job Description
You will be responsible for creating high-quality video and graphic content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive real business results.
Key ResponsibilitiesShoot high-quality and engaging videos (property tours, promos, testimonials)
Edit videos professionally for social media and advertising
Design engaging graphics and marketing materials
Manage and grow the company’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Plan and schedule content consistently
Write captions and content that drive engagement and inquiries
Work with the marketing team to support ad campaigns
Monitor content performance and improve engagement strategies
Stay updated with content trends and apply them creatively
Requirements1–2 years experience in content creation or media
Strong skills in:
Video shooting (mobile or camera)
Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
Ability to create content that drives engagement and leads
Strong creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary Range
N100,000 - N150,000 (Performance-Based Incentives Available).
