Job Description
We are seeking an experienced crawler crane operator capable of safely and efficiently operating crawler cranes on large-scale construction and heavy lifting projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in heavy lift operations, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary site team.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate 1250T and 800T crawler cranes for heavy lifting and installation work
Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
Follow lift plans, method statements, and site safety procedures
Communicate effectively with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors
Ensure all lifting operations are carried out safely and efficiently
Report equipment issues or safety concerns promptly.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess an SSCE/GCE/NECO qualification
2-5years of proven experience operating crawler cranes
Valid crane operator certification/license (as per local regulations)
Strong understanding of heavy lift operations and load charts
Excellent safety record and knowledge of site safety standards
Ability to work in challenging site conditions and meet project deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience on major infrastructure, heavyindustrial projects.
Additional lifting or rigging certifications
Willingness to work extended hours or shifts if required.
