Creative Arts Strategic Teacher

Core Responsibilities:

Assist the After-School Director in evaluating and developing creative arts curricula, lesson plans, and program initiatives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to creative arts instructors to enhance their teaching effectiveness.
Contribute to the smooth operation of daily after-school activities.
Manage administrative tasks related to program operations.
Monitor and report on academy functions, student progress, and creative arts program impact.
Ensure effective communication between students, parents, and mentors.
Oversee after-school facilities in accordance with operational guidelines and encourage ASA students to maintain them properly.
Compile and submit weekly reports to the After-School Director.
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and workshops for teachers and students in the creative arts field
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Abilities:

Minimum two years of teaching experience, specifically in virtual arts and storytelling for children.
Demonstrated experience in developing and effectively utilizing instructional materials for lesson delivery.
Proven ability to successfully lead student-centered classrooms.
