We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Contact clients and establishments through phone calls and physical visits.
Confirm compliance status of establishments.
Encourage and follow up with non-compliant establishments to ensure compliance.
Maintain proper records of all client interactions and follow-up activities.
Meet assigned daily targets.
Prepare and submit routine reports.
RequirementsMinimum of HND / BSc or equivalent
Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet daily targets consistently
Good record-keeping and reporting ability
Prior customer service, field, or compliance experience is an added advantage
Work Structure:Monday to Friday
Daily operational targets must be achieved.
SalaryN100,000 - N250,000 / month.
