Job Summary
Our client is seeking an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries, bookings, rental orders, and after-sales support.
The successful candidate will ensure quality service, coordinate with internal teams, and build positive customer relationships to support business growth.
ResponsibilitiesRespond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Process rental bookings, manage orders, and follow up with customers.
Provide information on rental items, prices, and booking procedures.
Coordinate deliveries and pickups with the Operations/Logistics team.
Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Promote additional rental items and encourage repeat business.
Maintain accurate booking records and customer documentation.
Work with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Assist with administrative and promotional activities.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree with 1 year experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage complaints professionally and multitask effectively.
Basic computer proficiency and accurate record-keeping skills.
Ability to work well with a team and follow up on customer requests.
Experience in customer service, sales, or event rentals is an advantage.
Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
SalaryN120,000 monthly.
