We are seeking a friendly, smart, and customer-focused Customer Service Representativeto join our team. This role is ideal for students,recent graduates,and entry level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in customer support, communication, and business operations. The successful candidatewill assist in responding to customer enquiries,resolving complaints,providing accurate information about products and services,and supporting daily customer service activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills,willingness to learn,a positive attitude,and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media Provide accurate information about products and services Assist in processing customer orders and follow-ups Handle basic customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary Maintain proper customer records and documentation Support the sales and operations team with customer-related tasks Ensure customers receive timely updates on orders and deliveries Uphold company professionalism and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Good communication skills (written and verbal) Friendly attitude with strong customer service skills Basic knowledge of computer usage (Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google tools) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take instructions Good time management and organization skills

Real-life work experience in customer service Training and mentorship Improved communication and professional skills.
