Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Communicate fluently with customers in French and English.
Respond to customer enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.
Resolve customer issues or escalate complex matters appropriately.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow approved call scripts, procedures, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned call centre KPIs, including service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Participate in required training and coaching sessions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.
Job Requirements
Minimum of an OND/NCE or equivalent qualification.
Fluency in Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa is a key requirement
Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or BPO environment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in using computers and basic customer service applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to shift schedules.
Language Proficiency: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa.
SalaryN120,000 monthly.
