Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Follow up with customers and provide necessary support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc.
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
Must be professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
