Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to serve as Deputy Provost.
The Deputy Provost is a senior leader at Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS), supporting the provost in ensuring academic excellence and operational efficiency.
The role provides strategic oversight of curriculum development, faculty performance, quality assurance, student success, compliance, and stakeholder engagement to advance the College’s mission.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Nursing, and a registered Nurse Educator, Doctoral degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education, including academic and

administrative functions.
Experience in curriculum development, faculty management, accreditation processes, and policy

implementation and record in strategic planning, team leadership, and institutional advancement.
Strategic thinker with a strong ability to lead across academic and operational functions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and a commitment to student-centered leadership.
Proficient in academic and administrative management systems.
Capacity to foster innovation, institutional effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration.
