Job Description
The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing efforts to generate high-quality leads and support sales conversion.
This is a performance-driven role. You will be accountable for results not just activity.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok).
Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
Build and manage lead funnels (landing pages, forms, CRM integration).
Analyze campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Oversee content direction to align with campaign goals.
Assist with creating ad materials.
Support Social Media Manager in managing the company pages.
Continuously identify and implement growth opportunities.
Requirements1 – 3 years experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of generating leads through paid ads.
Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
Understanding of:Lead funnels and conversion tracking.
Audience targeting and retargeting.
Landing page optimization.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
SalaryN150,000 - N250,000 per month. (Performance-Based Incentives Included).
