Job Title: Digital Marketer

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Digital Marketer with at least few years of hands-on experience to develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• This role suits a creative and analytical professional who excels in a dynamic environment and is passionate about using digital tools to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and boost engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and web.
• Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and landing pages.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot (or similar CRMs).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to maintain brand consistency across all campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor SEO performance and apply keyword strategies to enhance organic reach.
• Support lead generation efforts and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs).
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices to refine strategies and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• At least few years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
• Proficient in marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, and basic CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email automation, and paid advertising.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Creative mindset with a focus on detail and performance metrics.
