A leading commercial bank is seeking results-driven Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to drive customer acquisition and promote the bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for the bank. Market and sell banking products, including account opening, loans, and digital banking solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets. Conduct market outreach and generate qualified leads. Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

B.Sc. or HND NYSC completion is mandatory. Maximum age: 35 years. Previous sales experience in banking or financial services is an added advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven with a passion for sales.
