Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
Collect and deliver parcels, documents, products, and other items to designated locations.
Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, safely, and on time.
Confirm delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required.
Communicate with customers and the office regarding delivery status.
Plan efficient routes to reduce delivery time and fuel costs.
Handle delivered items carefully to prevent damage or loss.
Follow all road safety and traffic regulations.
Keep the motorcycle clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Report mechanical problems, accidents, delays, or other issues promptly.
Keep accurate records of deliveries, fuel usage, and expenses.
Collect payments from customers when required and account for all money received.
Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with customers.
Perform other duties related to dispatch and logistics as assigned.
