Job Description
The Elementary Teacher is responsible for providing a stimulating, supportive, and engaging learning environment that promotes the academic, social, emotional, and moral development of pupils in accordance with the British and Nigerian curricula.
ResponsibilitiesTeach all core elementary subjects.
Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials.
Assess pupils' learning and maintain accurate records.
Promote positive behaviour and classroom discipline.
Communicate regularly with parents.
Participate in school programmes and extracurricular activities.
Support pupils' holistic development.
RequirementsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
TRCN certification is an added advantage.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years teaching experience.
Experience with British and Nigerian curricula is preferred.
Skills:Excellent classroom management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and patience.
ICT competency.
Good organizational skills.
