• We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Technical Instructor to join our growing training team!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions in basic electrical, mechanical, and automation concepts to entry-level learners.
• Facilitate hands-on practical workshops involving wiring, mechanical assemblies, sensors, and PLCs.
• Support the development of training content, including lesson plans, manuals, and lab exercises.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and practical demonstrations.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and practical learning environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) for BSc. B.Eng, Upper Credit for HND holders - Diploma/National Diploma holders in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation Technology or a related technical discipline
• Solid foundation in Electrical circuits and basic wiring, and Mechanical systems and tools
• Industrial automation fundamentals (PLCs, sensors, actuators)
• Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for training and developing others
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic training environment
• 1-3 years of experience
• Not more than 28 years old

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley)
• Hands-on industrial or technical workshop experience
• Technical certifications in automation, mechatronics, or maintenance
