Job Title: Executive Warehouse Officer
Location: Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
Receive, inspect, and record shipments and materials received from project sites or transferred from other warehouse locations.
Ensure effective stock management through proper documentation and accurate inventory records.
Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock countsand record inventory variances to minimize stock discrepancies.
Ensure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly tracked and authorized.
Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and check records for accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, disputes, returns, and warehouse activities.
Conduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inter-base transfers.
Find, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse.
Ensure the store is well organized and maintain the neatness and tidiness of the warehouse.
Develop and implement a proactive tools maintenance programme.
Ensure maintenance reports are properly prepared.
Ensure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator to investigate reported incidents, including near misses and accidents.
RequirementsB.Sc. / HND in Accounting / Statistics / Data Analytics
0 - 1 year post NYSC experience
Must have excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of occupational health and safety will be an added advantage.
