Job Title: External HR Director, Consultant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Summary
We are seeking an experienced External HR Director Consultant to provide high-level strategic guidance and restructure human capital initiatives.
This consultant will partner with the executive board to build scalable HR frameworks tailored to the demands of hospitality or telecommunications environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advisory services on corporate structure, performance management, and organizational development.
Design robust HR strategies across diverse operational units (F&B, retail, leisure, customer service).
Advise leadership on talent management, succession planning, and senior recruitment frameworks.
Ensure regulatory compliance, policy refinement, and effective labor relations strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive consulting experience at the HR Director or VP of HR level.
Deep domain expertise within the Hospitality or Telecommunications sector.
Demonstrated capability in leading high-level HR transformations and organizational restructuring.
Experience in 4 star /5 star Hospitality industry is compulsory.
