The Facility Manager oversees the maintenance and efficient operation of all facilities, ensuring minimal downtime in production and safe working conditions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise facility officers and technicians
Plan and implement routine maintenance for machines and equipment
Monitor workshop utilities (power, water, tools)
Ensure quick resolution of equipment faults
Manage relationships with maintenance vendors
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Track and report maintenance activities and costs.
RequirementsHND / BSc Degree in Engineering or Facility Management
3-4 years’ experience in facility or maintenance roles
Experience in a production/workshop environment.

Problem-solving
Planning and coordination
Basic budgeting.
SalaryN250,000 net Monthly.
