Job Description
We're hiring a Finance Manager to build and own the company's financial operations from the ground up - from bookkeeping and reporting to forecasting and financial controls. You'll create the financial infrastructure the business needs to scale responsibly.
Job Responsibilities
Own day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting for leadership.
Build financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Establish financial controls, policies, and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance as the company scales.
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external financial partners.
Support fundraising efforts with financial data, projections, and investor reporting as needed.
Evaluate and implement finance systems/tools to improve efficiency (accounting software, ERP, expense management).
Build and lead a finance team as the business grows.
RequirementsMBA preferred; Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
6-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally including some experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong command of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls.
Experience building finance processes and infrastructure from scratch or significantly overhauling them.
Proficiency with accounting/finance software and advanced
Excel/spreadsheet modeling.
Nice to have:CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience supporting a fundraising round or investor reporting process.
