Duties

Accurately and efficiently handle customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
Oversee branch cash flow and maintain precise financial records.
Perform daily account reconciliations and ensure all transactions are balanced.
Generate financial reports and examine financial data.
Support customers in initiating new accounts and applying for financial products.
Uphold a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive banking experience.
Adhere to all banking regulations and procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience working in a financial institution (preferred).
Robust understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
