Job Responsibilities

Deliver Curriculum: Deliver engaging, interactive, and structured lessons to students at varying skill levels in web development languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Provide Mentorship and Support: Offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring sessions to address individual student needs, answer questions, and provide guidance.
Assess Progress and Provide Feedback: Regularly evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, offering constructive feedback to help them improve.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the software testing industry and incorporate them into the curriculum.
Foster a Collaborative Learning Environment: Encourage active participation in class discussions, group activities, and peer-to-peer collaboration to create an engaging learning experience.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in languages such as Javascript, React HTML & CSS.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development best practices.
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is highly preferred.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner
You have at least two to five years of work experience
