Working directly with the Directors , you will oversee day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, improve organisational performance, strengthen governance and ensure strategic priorities are delivered

Key ResponsibilitiesAs General Manager, you will:
Lead the execution of the Group's strategic objectives.
Oversee operations across multiple business units and programmes.
Drive organisational growth, efficiency and profitability.
Manage departmental performance and accountability.
Lead strategic planning, budgeting and operational execution.
Strengthen governance, risk management and compliance.
Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams.
Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
Monitor financial performance and operational KPIs.
Represent the organisation with investors, partners, regulators and key stakeholders.
Support in executing strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics or a related field.
An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
At least 7 years in a senior management or executive leadership role.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams, business units or organisations.
Strong commercial, financial and operational management skills.
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
A track record of driving organisational growth and operational excellence.
Experience within one or more of the following sectors is an advantage:Energy
